Proof founder Talia started making vegan pudding for herself when focusing on ways to clean up her food choices without sacrificing on taste.
As someone with a chronic sweet tooth but also a passion for healthy eating, Talia was looking to get her sweet fix in a pure and nourishing way. Recipe testing ensued, and Proof was born!
Our goal at Proof Foods is to provide a tasty vegan and allergen free option for people seeking healthy desserts. A product that isn’t trying to replace something else, but that tastes great in its own right. Something that makes people feel good when they eat it.
Proof puddings are vegan and top-8 allergen free but have that same luscious and rich texture synonymous with dairy/egg puddings. The puddings are also free of thickening agents and preservatives which is very rare to come by in the non-dairy pudding/yogurt category.
